International experience: Effective methods of providing governmental services
The paper presents findings of the research on successful methods of e-interaction of citizens with the governmental organizations, when receiving public services, in the example of organizing and managing the functioning of the central governmental portal of the Great Britain, provision of e-services in France and citizens service centers in Brazil. The fundamental problems that arise during the implementation of electronic government services and the experience of countries in their decision were reviewed. The last part of the paper gives conclusions and recommendations on the organization of the delivery of public services based on international experience.
