The concept of establishing and managing Local Government Information Centers within the structure of local government bodies (khokimiyats) analyses the current situation, set targets by the local authorities at regional as well as district levels, in the field of managing information and strategic achievement directions and challenges to their implementation, in the example of Djizak and Namangan regions.
