The publication explains the main provisions of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, to which the Republic of Uzbekistan is a member too since 1995. The content of the Convention and national legislation on the rights of women is revealed in the book in the form of questions and answers covering the most important aspects of the rights and freedoms of women.
