Analytical Report on Improvement of investment dispute settlement system in Uzbekistan

Effectiveness of institutions and mechanisms involved into foreign investors’ property rights protection has a great impact on inflow of foreign investments in the country. In this regard, the main purpose of this analytical research, conducted within the joint project of MFERIT and UNDP “Support to external economic policy”, is to identify the main factors influencing effectiveness of the institutions and mechanisms involved into investment dispute settlement in Uzbekistan, and to elaborate practical recommendations on enhancing their effectiveness.
