Background

The project provides support in the implementation of the GFTAM grant, and by this prevents the spread of HIV/AIDS into the general population by reducing its impact on the most vulnerable populations.

Achievements & expected results

The project achievements include: 1. Implementing effective prevention programmes focused on the needs of vulnerable populations; 2. Providing access to care, support and treatment for people living with HIV/AIDS; 3. Promoting enabling environment to work with vulnerable population.
