| 25/10/2012 : The National Council of NGOs of Uzbekistan is now up and running |  The "Inclusive Employment and Social Partnership" project together with the National Association of NGOs of Uzbekistan hosted a round-table on "Strengthening the Role of NGOs in the Implementation of Government Programs to Protect the Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities and the Development of Measures for Implementation of the Norms of International Conventions". To discuss current issues the event brought together over 40 representatives of NGOs, and government institutions, including from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Centre for Human Rights and the Ministry of Justice.
