United Nations Development Programme in Uzbekistan announces registration of applicants for Winter School on Human Development 2013. The main goal of the Winter School is to advance the human development concept as a tool of critical analysis of the current political, economic and social processes. The Winter School is organized in two stages – online and interactive modules and conducted in three languages: Uzbek, Russian and English.
